How can I use the first order BONUS?
You need to enter your email in the appropriate box that appears on the home page once you enter the site, after a few seconds. Enoteca Cavour 55 will send an email containing a code to enter during checkout to benefit from the 10% discount on the first order of a value greater than €80.
I need large quantities of wine or quantities greater than those available on the site. Can I get additional discounts or special conditions?

Can I pick up my order in person at the store?
YES, as long as you have selected this collection method at the time of purchase. If you choose to have your order delivered to your store, the system obviously does not calculate any transport costs.
I would like a bottle with a personalized label for a specific event (corporate party, graduation, birthday, wedding, etc.). Do you provide this service?
We work closely with some wineries that give us the opportunity to offer this service, we just need enough notice depending on the quantity and format of bottles desired.
I am a producer/distributor and I would like to offer my wines: what should I do?

I received a damaged bottle: how can I return it and get a refund?
Our courier is very careful to handle delicately the packages sent by Enoteca Cavour 55 to its customers. If for some reason one or more bottles should arrive damaged at your address, contact our customer care immediately at enoteca@enotecacavour55.it and explain the extent of the damage. Our operators will respond to you as soon as possible. In the case of damaged goods, you may be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to send us a photo with a description of the damage by email in advance in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.
How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
Shipping times vary from 24 to 72 working hours depending on the time of day we receive the order and the geographic location to which the delivery is intended.
What if my wine tastes corked?
Although it happens very rarely (about 0.5% of bottles) it may happen that your wine tastes of cork. In this case, keep the defective bottle with the contents and write to enoteca@enotecacavour55.it we will intervene immediately. The refund or replacement cannot take place in the absence of the bottle.
