Welcome to Enoteca Cavour 55 (hereinafter "Enoteca Online"). These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the purchase of products offered on our website. By using our site and purchasing our products, you fully accept the terms and conditions set out here.

  • All products available on the site are described with the utmost accuracy. However, discrepancies or errors may occur.
  • Product availability is subject to change and we cannot guarantee that all items will always be available.

4. Purchase methods

  • To place an order, the customer must be of legal age and register on the site by providing correct and complete information.
  • The purchase is completed upon receipt of an order confirmation via email from the Online Wine Shop.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Enoteca Online reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.
  • The accepted payment methods are indicated on the site (e.g. credit card, PayPal).

6. Shipping and delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and indicated in the order summary.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are indicated at the time of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure.

7. Right of withdrawal

  • In accordance with current legislation, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication to the email address enoteca@enotecacavour55.it and return the products in the same conditions in which they were received.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Complaints and returns

  • Any defects or damage to the products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • The Online Wine Shop will replace the defective products or, if not possible, refund the amount paid.

9. Limitation of liability

Enoteca Online is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the products purchased.

10. Privacy and data processing

  • The personal data provided by the customer will be processed in compliance with the privacy legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR).

11. Applicable law and competent court

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
  • For any dispute, the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the customer, if located in Italy, shall have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Enoteca Online reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will be effective from the date of publication on the site.
