PODERE PALAZZO - TERRAMOSSA N°3 MET CLASSICO MAGNUM

Terramossa N°3 is a Brut Metodo Classico sparkling wine obtained by pressing first-selection red grapes, mainly Sangiovese (75%) and Barbera (25%). After at least 36 months of bottle aging, it has a pale yellow color with pink reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it is austere and gentle, with intense hints of yeast and bread crust. On the palate it is full, dry and balanced, with a final acidic tip that enhances its freshness.
